Rooted Business Foundations was born from lived experience - the challenges of balancing entrepreneurship, identity, and growth. Founders Katie Dirrig and Isaiah Iventosch first crossed paths in the real estate industry, where Isaiah became Katie’s very first hire. Their immediate connection sparked both professional success and a shared vision for something greater. While their business thrived, Katie and Isaiah recognized a deeper calling:
